Description

UV Top Coat to fill the scratches after the varnish has been applied.

Note:

Not applicable on uncured water base. The water basecoat must always be hardened with Touch-up Compound A + B. Otherwise, it may lead to adhesion problems.
Store the liquids (basic colors, compound A + B, UV top coat etc.) at approx. 20 ° C before processing.
Ambient temperature for processing min. 17 ° C
Object temperature min. 17 ° C

Processing

Mix the mixed varnish (water base varnish + touch-up compound A + B) with the paintbrush. Ventilation time approx. 10 minutes.
Apply the UV-Top Coat (Touch-up!
Possibly cover with the fixing plates.
Drying the UV topcoat by means of a UV drying lamp. Drying time approx. 10 minutes
Remove the UV drying lamp and, if necessary, the fixing plate.
Repair site min. Leave to air for 10 minutes. Optimal approx. 30 min.
Thoroughly sand the repair point with the carbon finish grinding block P1500.
If necessary, work with UV-Top Coat extra-fine finish.
Thoroughly repair the repair point with Kovax P2000 / P2500.
Polish the repair site with the silicone-free polish S3.
Thoroughly degrease the surfaces with the controller.
Polish surface with polish A15.
Finally seal the surface with PROCON® Protect-Spray.
